崗位職責/職位描述
Keep all kinds ofhotel facilities and equipments in good condition, follow up the repair andmaintenance work in time to ensure the normal operation of the hotel.
保持酒店各種設(shè)施設(shè)備完好，及時跟進維修、保養(yǎng)工作，保證酒店的正常經(jīng)營。
1、Responsible for the operation of high and low voltage distributionroom and each transformer room equipment, to ensure the normal power supply ofthe power cabinets in each section of the hotel.
負責高、低壓配電間及各變壓器房設(shè)備的運行操作，保證酒店各區(qū)段動力柜的正常供電。
2、Familiar with the hotel's various powersupply, timely handling of all kinds of sudden power outages and failures.
熟悉酒店的各路供電情況，及時處理各類突發(fā)性停、斷電故障。
3、Consciously do all kinds of power supplyequipment routine maintenance work, keep the machine room neat and clean, toensure the fire safety of the machine room and equipment safety.
自覺做好各類供電設(shè)備日常維護保養(yǎng)工作，保持各機房的整齊清潔，保證各機房的消防安全和設(shè)備安全。
4、Carefully implement the shifthandover system and keep a good record of the shift handover.
認真執(zhí)行交接班制度，做好交接班記錄。
5、Regularlymaintains daily working contact with higher-level power supply departments, andprovides timely feedback to departmental leaders on major incidents.
經(jīng)常性保持和上級供電部門的日常工作聯(lián)系，重大事故及時反饋部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
6、In addition to thetimely completion of the functional group responsible for the maintenancetasks, should be subject to the Superintendent's assignment, to help othertypes of work efforts to complete the related maintenance work
除及時完成本職能組負責的各維修任務(wù)外，應(yīng)服從總監(jiān)的指派，幫助其它工種努力完成相關(guān)的維修工作。
7、Regular check all kinds of electricaldevices and equipment.
定期檢查各類電器裝置及設(shè)備
8、Record down the readings and loads of theelectrical meters on fixed time
完成定時用電抄表、負荷情況
9、Carrying out the daily preventive maintenanceschedule of all electrical equipmentand devices according to team leader andduty engineer's instructions.
根據(jù)上級指示，執(zhí)行對各類電氣設(shè)備及裝置之日常預(yù)防保養(yǎng)工作
10、Complete relevant work orders of otherdepartments
完成各部門有關(guān)之施工單
11、Actively performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.
積極執(zhí)行上級分配的其他工作。
要求：持有高壓電工證
