Primary Responsibilities主要職責
· Coordinate the day to day Food & Beverage outlet activities. Support the DOFB in planning, overseeing and executing of all service operations in restaurants, Banquet and bars. Primary focus is on F&B service in restaurants, Banquet& bars.
· Ensure the whole F&B Department and associates offer outstanding service to all guests. Provide a strong communication link between Outlet Managers and Director F&B.
·To ensure that each outlet is managed by a Manager/ Management Team who are totally accountable for their profitability.
· To set, in close conjunction with each Outlet Manager, Annual operating budgets, be part of the F&B business plan.
· To monitor all costs and recommend / institute measures to control them.
· Ensure that the Department’s Operational Budget is strictly adhered to
· To ensure monthly forecasts are prepared.
· Analyses and responds appropriately to issues raised by guests or mystery shopper.
· Awareness of current and forecast financial/business performance and is actively involved inanalysing or implementing required changes.

· 確保嚴格遵守部門運營預算。
· 確保準備好每月的預測。
· 分析并合理地回復客人或神秘顧客提出的問題。
· 意識到當前和預測金融/業務性能,并積極參與分析和實施需要更改的部分。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Min 8-yearexperience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
· Associate degree or above.
· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
· Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills.
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent.
· 良好的口頭及書面溝通能力。
· 至少8年酒店相關運做經驗,具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗。
· 酒店管理專業畢業。
· 全日制大專(含)以上學歷。
· 餐飲服務的各方面豐富經驗。
· 優秀的管理者和培訓師,具備良好的激勵和團隊合作能力。
· 注重細節,良好的人際交往能力,能夠和不同的人才相處。
