崗位職責/職位描述

?Obey the work arrangement of the engineering department supervisor, and complete the work tasks with quality and quantity;

服從工程部主管的工作安排，保質保量完成工作任務；

?Regularly check doors, mechanical door locks, door closers, carpets, windows, window locks, tables, chairs, wallpaper, etc., and process maintenance orders in a timely manner;

定期檢查門、機械門鎖、閉門器、地毯、窗戶、窗鎖、桌、椅、墻紙等，對維修單進行及時處理；

?Do a good job in daily and monthly maintenance of the equipment according to the maintenance procedures to ensure that the key equipment is in good technical condition;

按保養規程做好設備日常及每月保養工作，確保重點設備處于良好技術狀態；

?Strictly implement the post responsibility system and safety responsibility system to ensure the safety of people and equipment;

嚴格執行崗位責任制及安全責任制，確保人身和設備安全；

?Responsible for formulating the spare parts and spare parts plan of the team;

負責制定本班組的備品、備件計劃；

?Implement post supervision and inspection, check the equipment operating status, environmental hygiene, and safety guarantee within the jurisdiction on time, prevent non-relevant personnel from entering the computer room, and ensure equipment safety;

執行崗位監督檢查，按時檢查所轄范圍內的設備運行狀況、環境衛生、安全保障，杜絕非相關人員進入機房，保證設備安全；

?Receive and organize the implementation of the superior's operation scheduling instructions and daily maintenance and transformation instructions, and supervise and check the completion;

接收并組織實施上級的運行調度指令和日常維修改造指令，并監督、檢查完成情況；

?Complete other work items assigned by superiors.
