?Fulfilling hotel and departmental policies, rules and regulations and guidelines;

?Effective management and control of waste, repair old profits to become friends of environmental protection;

?Actively guide the work of subordinates and set an example, with advanced and fearless leadership skills;

?Organize and lead employees to carry out daily maintenance work to ensure that the quality of the completed work meets the requirements of the hotel;

?組織并帶領(lǐng)員工進(jìn)行日常的各項維修&裝修工作，確保所完成工作的質(zhì)量符合酒店的要求；

?Timely report to the superior leader of abnormal situations that occur in the work;

?對工作中出現(xiàn)的異常情況及時向上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報；

?Assist the engineer on duty to do a good job in staff management, maintenance work and planning, promote employees to achieve common goals, and strengthen team spirit.

?協(xié)助值班工程師做好員工的管理、各項維修工作及計劃，推動員工達(dá)到共同目標(biāo)，加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊精神.

?Arrangement and supervision of maintenance and work procedures of various system equipment of the hotel;

?酒店各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)與工作程序的安排和督導(dǎo)；

?Ensure that the maintenance of the hotel's various systems and equipment reaches the first-class level and standard;

??確保酒店各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)達(dá)到一流的水平和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

?Do preventive maintenance, energy protection and cost control procedures;

?做預(yù)防性的維修保養(yǎng)，能源保護(hù)和成本控制程序；

?Ensure that the hotel's system equipment has proper records in the maintenance;

?確保酒店各系統(tǒng)設(shè)備在維修中有適當(dāng)?shù)挠涗洠?/p>

?Correct control and management of all equipment, tools and materials;

?正確的控制、管理所有設(shè)備、工具和物料；

?Actively strengthen communication and coordination with superior leaders, subordinate employees and relevant authorities;

?積極加強(qiáng)與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、下級員工及各有關(guān)當(dāng)局的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作；

?Closely track and supervise the construction of bakers to the highest standards.
