?Direct and supervise the implementation of an effective system of reporting on major issues and routine maintenance to ensure that buildings, facilities and the surrounding environment are in good condition at all times.

指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督實(shí)施有效的重大問題報(bào)告制度以及日常的維保工作，確保建筑物、設(shè)施和周邊環(huán)境一直處在良好的狀態(tài)。

?Develop maintenance plans for facilities and equipment, guide and supervise the maintenance work of employees and external contractors, and ensure the smooth implementation of maintenance plans;

制定設(shè)施設(shè)備的維保計(jì)劃，指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督員工和外部承包商的維保工作，確保維保計(jì)劃順利實(shí)施；

?All works involving external contractors, drafting specific requirements and evaluating quotations provided by the purchasing manager. Negotiate and track with the winning contractor to ensure that all work is done and that corporate, local and regional health and safety standards are met.

涉及到外部承包商的所有工程，起草具體的要求并對(duì)采購部經(jīng)理提供的報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。與中標(biāo)的承包商商談并跟蹤確保所有工作能夠完成，而且符合公司，當(dāng)?shù)睾蛥^(qū)域性健康和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

?Organize and inspect the work of the engineering department's warehouse management and implement effective inventory management.

組織和檢查工程部庫管的工作，實(shí)施有效的庫存管理。

?Assist the Chief Engineer in conducting a long-term assessment of the equipment and formulating a major repair and re-purchase plan; Ensure the safe and effective operation of all computer rooms and equipment;

協(xié)助總工程師對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行長期評(píng)估，制定大修及重新購買計(jì)劃；確保所有機(jī)房和設(shè)備安全有效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);

?Pay attention to fire safety, solve safety hazards in a timely manner, and ensure that no safety accidents occur;

關(guān)注消防安全,及時(shí)解決安全隱患，確保無安全事故發(fā)生；

?Assist the chief engineer in formulating the annual budget and tracking it to achieve reasonable control;

協(xié)助總工制定年度預(yù)算，并進(jìn)行追蹤以達(dá)到合理的控制;

?Complete and provide all daily reports and reports required by the Chief Engineer. The Office of the Deputy Chief Engineer shall maintain an effective record/file system.
