1. Set the RM & Pricing strategy of one hotel to optimize the revenue and achieve the highest level of profitability (mainly to the hotel rooms division, and potentially on other streams: MICE, F&B, Spa& other ancillaries).
2. Drive the implementation of the RM & Pricing methods, processes and tools in the business scope.
3. Ensure that inventory, pricing and distribution strategies are monitored to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel, in accordance with the brand's recommendations
4. Ensure the integrity of rates/revenues and long-term customer satisfaction
Revenue Management Strategy
? Develop and implement Hotel revenue strategies
? Work with Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, eCommerce Manager, to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of business and determine effective and engaging offers (strategic planning, marketing plan, budgeting processes, content management, optimal Business mix and Channel mix)
Monitoring & Analysis
? Monitor competitor pricing, analyze market trends, historical data and industry changes to adjust strategies
? Monitor third party intelligence sources to identify revenue opportunities (OTA, GDS, market studies)
Forecasting & Development
? Develop short-and long-term revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers of the business
System & Data Management
? Maintain and ensure the hotel’s compliance with Accor rate standards, policies, and procedures
? Leverage IDeaS RMS and other RM tools to support decision-making and strategic planning
Reporting & Meetings
? Prepare materials and lead the weekly Revenue Management meetings providing insights based on reporting data
? Assist Marketing/Digital team in performance reviews with OTA/CTO partners
Collaboration & Support
? Support hotel in RFPs, rate loading, and group pricing evaluation
? Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals (to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profit)
? Liaise with distribution teams
People & Knowledge Development
? Promote RM & Pricing understanding and application in their business scope by spreading RM culture, coaching colleagues, communicating to the teams
? Provide guided learning so that all areas of the hotel that impact revenue are fully aware of the hotel RM strategies and understand their role in the plan.
? If applicable, assist the DRM.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
? Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
? 2 years of experience in RM (preferably in Hospitality industry)
