【職責(zé)概述】The DOO’s mission is to be responsible for the entire Hotel operation. His/her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the standards of the product, service and the F&B sales and F&B marketing strategies, goals and results.

【主要職責(zé)】
·?Responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and over all success of the hotel.

·?Responsible for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
在總經(jīng)理休息期間,運營總監(jiān)負責(zé)酒店事宜。
·?Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department’s annual and long term goals.
制定、推薦、實施和管理運營部門的年度和長期目標。
·?Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance valuations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.
管理運營部門內(nèi)部的績效問題,并對團隊成員和管理人員進行培訓(xùn)、發(fā)展、指導(dǎo)和咨詢,組織的績效評估和解決問題。
·?Ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs.

·?Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profit ability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.

·?Effectively communicates with team members.
與團隊成員進行有效的溝通。
·?Conducts a daily briefing with management on current key activities.

【崗位要求】
·?College degree or above.
大專或以上學(xué)歷
·?Over 8 years of experience in F&B managing five-star international brand hotels.
8年以上五星級國際品牌酒店餐飲管理工作的經(jīng)驗
· F&B Background.
餐飲服務(wù)或餐飲廚房背景
·?Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英語能力
·?With capability of communication and coordination.
有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和管理能力
·?Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
工作認真負責(zé),作風(fēng)正派,處事公正,有良好的素質(zhì)
·?Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
