We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office team.
As a Duty Manager,we rely on you to:
1. In charge of the normal operation of the whole hotel during the shift.
2. Responsible for handling guest's problems and complaints.
3. Deal with things that happen during the shift.
4. Conduct safety and equipment inspection throughout the hotel.
5. Coordinate the matters to be communicated on the shift records to other shifts.
We are looking for someone who:
1. At least 2 years of work experience in the same position, night manager experience.
2. Good command of English in front office service.
3. Good management and coordination skills, good communication and problem solving skills.
4. Detail-oriented and responsible.
