General Mission職責概述
In charge of reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Marketing Plan. Responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects, focusing on revenue maximization, talent productivity, resource management and the Hotel’s image building.

Main Responsibilities 工作職責
·Maximize Accor Hotels market share within the area/territory.
在職責領域內最大化雅高酒店集團的市場占有率。
·Work with GM, Finance to accomplish hotel’s yearly revenue budget and market expenses plan.
與總經理,賬務部一超完成酒店的年度預算及市場推廣預算。
·Work closely with GM and revenue section to conduct necessary market analysis and strategic action plans to drive the whole hotel’s revenue as per the budget guidance.
與總經理和收益進行必要的市場分析,并制定相應策略性的行動計劃以完成整個酒店的收益目標。
·Stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of our programs through regular involvement with key accounts.
通過參與大客戶的銷售活動,了解當前市場的需要,競爭對手的行動以及酒店計劃的效力。
·Guide and monitor the implementation of all related strategic action plans with high quality.
指導并監督所有策略性行動計劃高質量地實施。
·Personally keep close rapport with key accounts in the major contributing market segments. Establish regular contact with major associations and government departments.
與酒店每個主要細分市場的大客戶保持緊密的合作關系。與主要團體及政府機構建立經常性聯系。
·Actively get involved with sales solicitation of major accounts.
積極通過銷售活動為酒店帶來重要客戶。
·Ensure that the sales team meet clients requirement and the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients, should the need arise, to avail as mediator between the hotel and clients.
確保銷售團隊及其服務符合客戶要求。如果遇到客人投訴,如有必要,應主動擔當酒店和客人之間的調解人。
·Keep close and good rapport with related key persons from corporate office and ensure that property follow up the brand standard and proactively participate all necessary campaigns launched by corporate office.
與雅高集團相關工作的負責同事如品牌,營銷、收益,數字營銷、會員部等保持良好的關系, 確保品牌標準的執行并積極參加集團主導的必要的推廣活動。
·Supervise the establishment of schedules for S & M heartist in an equitable manner and keep the attendance register up to date in accordance with labor laws and with due respect for the budgets.
監督市場銷售部門人才工作計劃的制定,確保考勤處于最新狀態,遵守勞動法,并考慮預算。
·Assist the members of the sales team and other departments in securing business for all revenue generating centers.
協助銷售部人才及其他部門人才為所有收益部門贏得生意。
·Conduct monthly accounts reviews with the Sales team.
與銷售人員每月評估所屬客戶的業績。
·Ensure a good atmosphere and efficient co-operation in his/her department.
在部門內確保良好的氛圍和有效的合作。
·Functional liaison: Maintain good contact with departments of the hotel and may have contact with sales talent at the regional level.
聯絡職責:與酒店各部門和地區銷售人員保持良好關系。
Lead the sales team, supervise sales activity and quality. Give timely feedback on areas to improve, and also provide necessary trainings to level up whole team skills.
領導銷售團隊,監督銷售活動及質量。及時反饋需要改進的方面,并為提升整個團隊的技能提供必要的培訓。
Proactively issue sales team KPI/Targets, and provide actual figures to management on Monthly basis.
主動制定銷售團隊的關鍵績效指標/目標,并每月向管理層提供實際數據。
Establish a clear Action plan using SMART principles to be reviewed monthly, and to address areas for immediate improvement.
制定一個基于“SMART”原則的明確行動計劃,并每月進行審查,以解決需要立即改進的問題。
Secure hotel RGI position as leader among competitor set.
確保酒店在 RGI 體系中的地位穩固,成為競爭對手中的佼佼者。
