主要職責?Primary Responsibilities :
1、負責回答和處理所有打進打出酒店的電話和酒店內部電話。
Responsible foranswer and place all incoming and outgoing calls and calls originating withinthe hotel.
2、對酒店,酒店員工,酒店服務以及各部門營業時間,周邊的環境有了解。對于酒店的客房十分清楚,包括方位,朝向,客用品,特色以及房型等等。
Have knowledge ofhotel, hotel associate, and hotel services with hours of operations for alldepartments’ involved and surrounding areas. Has a thorough knowledge ofguestrooms including: locations, views, amenities, features, types, etc.?
3、轉接和處理國內長途和國際長途,計算并記錄費用,通知客人費用將費用及時轉交?????? 至前廳出納處。
Receives andplaces long distance and overseas calls; computes and records charges, informsguests and forwards charges immediately to Front Office Cashier.
4、通過電話更新房態。
Updates room rackin Telephone Exchange.
5、處理叫醒電話和有關直接為客人服務及提供客人相關信息的事件。
Handles wake-upcalls and requests for direct assistance from guests; gives general informationto guests.
知識和經驗?Knowledge and Experience :
1、高中以上學歷,形象氣質佳,富有親和力。
High school degree or above, good image and temperament with affinity.
2、溝通能力強,普通話標準,具有良好的服務意識與團隊合作意識。
Strong communication skills, standard Mandarin, good sense of service and teamwork.
3、熟練使用相關辦公軟件。
Proficient in office software.
4、能適應早晚班工作時間。
?Able to work in morning and evening shifts.
5、熱愛酒店行業,具有較強的團隊精神。
Enthusiastic hospitality industry, with strong team spirit.
