主要職責?Primary Responsibilities :
1、全面掌握整個酒店的房類分布情況,并及時將房態告知相關部門。
Familiar with roomsituation and inform department concerned in time.
2、負責協助收益總監做好預訂運作。
Assist Director of Revenue todo the efficient operation of the reservations department.
3、 監督和分析客房出售情況,提高客房入住率。
Monitoring andanalyzing rooms' inventory utilizing yield management to maximize occupancy andincrease average rate.
4、預測每日客房出租率并上報收益總監。
Anticipate dailyroom rate and report to Director of Revenue.
5、負責預訂合同的訂立與跟蹤。
?Responsible forand follow up reservation contract.

知識和經驗?Knowledge and Experience :
1、星級酒店相關2年以上工作經驗。
At least 2 years working experience in star hotel.
2、熟練的英語口語表達能力,善于溝通和表達;
Good command of oral English, good at communication and presentation.
3、具有一定的抗壓能力。
?Have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
