Primary Responsibilites崗位職責:
Reporting directly to the Guest Service Manager- Front Office, the Reception Supervisor is directly responsible for handling telephone inquiries, guest arrivals and the subsequent input into the computer system. On a broader scale the Reception Supervisor must work closely will all Front Office and Sales & Marketing personnel, and in particular, Sales & Marketing, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both inquiries and firm reservations. The Reception Supervisor must at all times maintain a professional, friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone. The Reception Supervisor is also to pay particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the FIDELIO Front Office system.
Responsible for advising relevant Senior Management of all incoming VIP guests so that special requirements that may need to be attended to are actioned accordingly.
Ensures that you as Reception Supervisor for Grand Mercure Hotel Hongqiao Shanghai have a comprehensive knowledge of Shanghai and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest and callers inquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solutions.
Checks the daily Arrival List, Special Arrival List for VIPs, repeat guests and FITs.

要負責向上一級管理人員匯報所有即將抵達的重要客人的情況,以便能夠進行特殊的安排。
作為酒店的接待主管,要對上海有廣泛的了解并要了解城市中所發生的事情。要確保快捷,友好地解答所有打電話的人或者客人的詢問。
檢查每日預抵客人表、重要貴賓、回頭客和散客的預計抵達表。
