主要職責(zé) Primary Responsibilities :
1、要確保客人的行李和物品始終保存在安全的地方。
To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.
2、負(fù)責(zé)確保所有的轉(zhuǎn)交物品送入客人的房間,要在行李員工作控制表上準(zhǔn)確地記錄預(yù)抵和預(yù)離客人。
Responsible for ensuring all deliveries to rooms, arrivals and departures are properly recorded on the hand over record as required.
3、使用交班記錄本將需要繼續(xù)溝通的事項(xiàng)記錄下來(lái)提供給其它班次的員工。
Responsible for the ongoing communication of pertinent information using the logbook provided to other shifts.
