職位：工程主管Engineering Supervisor
崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責：
To trouble-shoot, repair, operate and maintain the electrical , A/C and plumbing system of the hotel.
Operate, fault-finding, repair & maintenance of A/C system such as cooling & chilled water system, fan coil units, air handling units, fresh air intake etc.
To supervise , co-ordinate and perform the daily operation and maintenance of the shift, and keep all electrical system running smoothly.
To assist the Asst. Director of Engineer & Technical in ensuring that all repair and maintenance and carried out. To check all electrical system periodically.
Report and summarize the problems and solutions found in monthly maintenance.
排除故障，修理，操作并保持飯店的電氣、空調和管道系統(tǒng)。
操作、檢修、維修機械系統(tǒng)如：冷卻水、冷凍水系統(tǒng)，風機盤管，空氣處理機，新風機組等。
監(jiān)督, 協(xié)調并執(zhí)行其值班時的運行與維修工作, 保持所有電器系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定.
確保完成所有的維修任務, 定期檢查電器系統(tǒng).
匯報和總結每月維修發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題和解決辦法
