Primary Responsibilities 主要職責:
The Senior Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
The Senior Sales manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible to the Director of Sales for the Corporate Section and all Sales Personnel within the section.
高級銷售經理的首要任務是在任何地點都宣傳并推銷酒店,有機會時在當地推銷自己酒店的姐妹品牌,并完成銷售指標為公司爭取最理想的銷售狀況。
在銷售部總監的監督管理下,確保酒店商業方面平穩的營運工作。
銷售部的工作職責是根據酒店的結構、形成、連鎖性并在酒店內部規章制度的基礎上由市場銷售總監制定的。高級銷售經理也會負責酒店銷售總監所屬的合同公司以及其他個人銷售的管理。
知識和經驗Knowledge and Experience:
1、大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗1年以上。
College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2、較好的英語口語基礎,形象氣質佳,善于電腦操作,具備較強的團隊凝聚力。
Good Oral English foundation, good image and temperament, good at computer operation, with strong team cohesion.
3、熱愛酒店工作,積極進取,善于溝通和協調。
Be passionate about ?hotel work, aggressive, good at communication and coordination.
4、注重細節,工作有責任心,敢于承擔責任,執行力較強。
Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong executive ability.
5、有上進心和良好的學習能力和抗壓能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
