崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1、根據酒店對客服務的要求和設備的運行規范以及季節氣溫變化和客情，掌握時機，下達設備運行調度令，合理、經濟地安排好設備運行時間，指揮調度運行人員及時、準確地開停、調校設備。
According to thehotel’s requirements of customer service, facility operation as well as thechange of climates and the condition of customers, to give dispatching ordersof equipment operation and to arrange for reasonable and economical operationtime. Meanwhile conduct and dispatch operators to open, close and adjust allequipment in time.
2、協助領導管理整個工程部的日常運行和維修工作，督促和檢查工程部各班組的日常工作進度的工作質量。
Assist supervisorsin managing daily operations and maintenance work in the whole EngineerDepartment, supervising and inspecting the quality of all team works’ dailywork progress.
3、協助領導制定本部門的月度、年度預防性維修保養計劃，有效保障酒店各類設備、設施安全經濟運行完好。
Assist HOD in setting the monthly and yearly preventive maintenance schedule ofthe equipment to ensure hotel’s equipment and facilities a safe, economic andgood condition.
4、協助制定員工培訓計劃，對員工進行業務技能、酒店意識，基本素質的培訓。
Assist for settingthe staff’s training schedule and developing the staff’s profession skills,hotel awareness and basic qualities.
5、掌握當班能源消耗及維修費用，確保酒店節能、節支，推行節能運行計劃的實施和運行維修費用預算的控制，發現異常或超標，應采取節能措施。
Control the energyconsuming and maintenance cost, and make sure the maximum energy-saving andcost saving plan. Promote the plan and control the maintenance budget. Takeaction if anything extraordinary or over proof.
6、負責維修單執行情況的統計管理工作，每月統計維修單、電話報修的完成率，分析未能按時完成維修項目的原因，對短期內重復維修的項目，分析有無改造和更新的必要。
Take theresponsibility of statistics of maintenance requisition, monthly accomplishmentratio of maintenance requisition and telephone maintenance. Then analyze thereason why some are unfinished on time and if it is necessary to remade orrenew those items which are maintained repeatedly in a short period.
【崗位要求】
1、大專以上學歷或同等教育；
2、至少3年相關崗位工作經驗，具備專業資格證書（強弱電/高低壓等相關資格證書）；
2、必須熟練掌握機電工程設備的基礎知識
3、較強的責任心和配合精神，身體健康，精力充沛
