職位：韓籍高級銷售經理 Senior Sales Manager(Korean)
崗位職責/職位描述
主要職責Primary Responsibilities ：
1、高級銷售經理的首要任務是在任何地點都宣傳并推銷酒店，有機會時在當地推銷自己酒店的姐妹品牌，并完成銷售指標為公司爭取最理想的銷售狀況。
The Senior Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
2、協助酒店銷售部總監制定酒店年度市場計劃表（包括合同公司的帳戶）。
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts).
3、在銷售部總監的監督管理下，確保酒店商業方面平穩的營運工作。
To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
4、主要負責公司客戶和地區委派的任務，包括日常的銷售拜訪，發展新客戶，談判合同和與客戶保持良好的工作關系以取得并超過整個酒店的預算目標。
The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing? accounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
知識和經驗Knowledge and Experience:
1、本科以上學歷，有同崗位工作經驗2年以上。
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 year working experience in the position.
2、韓語為母語或熟練，一定的中/英文口語基礎。
Native speaker of Korean, with basic proficiency in simple English or Chinese.
3、熱愛酒店工作，積極進取，善于溝通和協調，具備較強的團隊凝聚力。
Be passionate about??hotel work, aggressive, good at communication and coordination，with strong team cohesion.
4、有上進心和良好的學習能力和抗壓能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
