【崗位職責(zé)】
1、根據(jù)部門總體市場(chǎng)策略編制自己分管的市場(chǎng)的銷售計(jì)劃。
Formulate sales plans for the markets under your charge in accordance with the department's overall marketing strategy.
2、對(duì)本市場(chǎng)中的客源要熟悉他們的基本情況,隨時(shí)關(guān)注其變化并適時(shí)做出應(yīng)對(duì)。
Have a good command of the basic information of major clients in the market, keep track of any changes and respond accordingly in a timely manner.
3、管理開發(fā)好自己的客戶,并對(duì)新市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。
Manage and develop existing clients effectively, and explore new markets.
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織銷售計(jì)劃的審定及落實(shí),并進(jìn)行督查。
Be responsible for organizing the review and implementation of sales plans, and conducting supervision and inspection.
6、掌握每位銷售人員每日銷售接待活動(dòng),并審核銷售記錄卡。
Keep track of the daily sales and reception activities of each salesperson, and review the sales record cards.
7、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理做好本市場(chǎng)客戶的建立及升級(jí)管理工作,保持客戶檔案的完整。
Assist the department manager in establishing and upgrading customer management in the market, and maintain complete customer files.
【崗位要求】
1、大專以上學(xué)歷。有從事酒店前臺(tái)、銷售等部門的工作經(jīng)歷。
College diploma or above.Previous working experience in hotel front desk, sales, or related departments.
2、具有市場(chǎng)調(diào)查和預(yù)測(cè)能力,能及是掌握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),并能綜合分析。
Possess market research and forecasting capabilities, promptly grasp market dynamics, and conduct comprehensive analysis.
3、有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,能撰寫市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告,具有起草工作計(jì)劃、總結(jié)及業(yè)務(wù)匯報(bào)的能力。
Strong verbal communication skills; able to write market research reports, and draft work plans, summaries and business reports.
