Asia Bistro Restaurant Manager 亞洲風尚餐廳經(jīng)理
Major Functions
To be responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant functions: operations and administration, in accordance with hotel standards. To ensure guest service levels according to food and beverage brand standards. To direct, implement and maintain a service and leadership philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. To maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant area including storage area, guest area, entrance area as well as all other front and back of house areas. Create promotion plan and implementation to ensure hotel revenue generation.
負責亞洲風尚餐廳的全面管理：日常運營和管理，確保符合酒店標準。根據(jù)酒店餐飲標準保證客人滿意度指數(shù)。直接領導，實施并維護服務標準和領導員工。 保證餐廳全面的清潔標準和組織安排（庫房，客人區(qū)域，前場和后場區(qū)域）。為餐廳定制和實施促銷計劃確保收入的增加。
