Ensure quality function is aligned with JW standard and requirement.
保證質(zhì)量功能與JW萬豪標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求相一致
Implement initiatives and projects required by JW Brand.
根據(jù)JW萬豪的品牌要求實施質(zhì)量相關(guān)的項目。
Attend regular quality conference calls.
定期參加電話會議
Communicate the quality issues with other departments.
與其他部門溝通質(zhì)量問題
Communicate with corporate and other JW properties to share best practices.
和其他JW萬豪酒店溝通并共享最佳實踐
Be a quality ambassador of JW Marriott Beijing.
成為北京JW萬豪酒店的質(zhì)量大使
Ensure all quality information are documented, summarized and communicated.
確保所有的質(zhì)量信息被準(zhǔn)確記錄,總結(jié)和交流
Document and communicate all quality information with other departments, including information from Gallup Individual GIA, IDR, Individual Guest Satisfaction Scores, Meeting Planner Satisfaction Scores, Post-con Reports, Email Surveys, etc. GSS reports from MQA website.
記錄和溝通質(zhì)量信息與其他部門,包括蓋洛普提供的GIA,IDR,會議組織者滿意度報告等。JW萬豪客人的滿意度報告等相關(guān)的質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)。
Ensure Gallup Comprehensive Reports are downloaded and saved timely and accurately On 20th of each month. Ensure GSS reports are downloaded and saved every Friday and communicate with all managers.
在每個月二十號下載并保存及時準(zhǔn)確地蓋洛普報告,在每周五下載并保存GSS報告并及時和其他經(jīng)理分享。
Write Monthly Top Three Individual Guest Defects and communicate with all department heads in a timely manner
記錄并分享月度發(fā)生頻率最高的問題,及時和部門采取行動解決
Conduct quality survey through e-mail, phone call or conversation with hotel guests.
進行質(zhì)量調(diào)查,通過電子郵件,電話或與客人交談
Track and analyze key quality drivers and communicate the interpretation to other departments
