Job Summary
Responsible for the overall daily operation and management of the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant and bar, ensuring alignment with luxury hotel brand standards, maintaining excellence in service, product quality and environment, and continuously enhancing guest experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 崗位職責
Oversee the daily operation of the all-day dining restaurant and bar in strict compliance with luxury hotel brand standards, ensuring consistent quality in service, F&B production and venue environment to maximize guest experience and satisfaction.全面負責酒店全日制餐廳及酒吧日常運營管理,確保符合奢華酒店品牌標準,保障服務、出品及環境品質達標,提升賓客體驗與滿意度。Lead and manage the service and kitchen teams, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation and motivation, build a highly cooperative team, improve team professionalism and service mindset, and foster a positive working atmosphere.管理前廳及后廚團隊,負責人員排班、培訓、考核與激勵,搭建高效協作團隊,提升員工專業素養與服務意識,營造積極正向的工作氛圍。Control the quality of food and beverage products, supervise procurement, inspection and storage of ingredients and beverages, implement cost control measures, and achieve department revenue and profit targets.把控餐飲及酒水出品質量,監督食材、酒水采購、驗收與存儲,落實成本控制,達成部門營收及利潤目標。Handle guest complaints and on-site emergencies to protect the hotel’s brand reputation; regularly collect guest feedback and optimize service processes, menus and beverage offerings.處理賓客投訴及現場突發事件,維護酒店品牌聲譽;定期收集賓客反饋,優化服務流程、菜單及酒水體系。Cooperate with hotel marketing initiatives, organize themed promotions and seasonal events for the restaurant and bar to expand customer base and increase revenue.配合酒店營銷活動,策劃餐廳及酒吧主題推廣與季節性活動,拓展客源、提升營收。Strictly comply with food safety, sanitation, epidemic prevention requirements and all hotel rules and policies to ensure fully compliant operation.嚴格遵守食品安全、衛生防疫及酒店各項規章制度,確保運營合規。
Job Requirements 任職要求
College diploma or above; major in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or related is preferred. Minimum 3 years of management experience in all-day dining restaurant + bar in luxury / 5-star hotels.大專及以上學歷,酒店管理、旅游管理等相關專業優先;3 年以上奢華 / 五星級酒店全日制餐廳 + 酒吧管理經驗。Familiar with luxury hotel F&B operation standards, proficient in all-day dining service processes and beverage knowledge, with strong cost control and team management capabilities.熟悉奢華酒店餐飲運營標準,精通全日制餐廳服務流程及酒水知識,具備優秀的成本控制與團隊管理能力。Good command of English (listening & speaking) to communicate smoothly with international guests; presentable appearance, strong service mindset and excellent communication & coordination skills.具備良好的英語聽說能力,可熟練與外籍賓客溝通;形象氣質佳,服務意識強,善于溝通協調。Strong resilience, able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays; innovative thinking and good market sensitivity.抗壓能力強,能適應彈性工作時間(含周末及節假日),具備創新思維與市場敏感度。Strictly abide by hotel policies, identify with luxury hotel service philosophy, attention to detail and quality, with strong sense of responsibility and execution.嚴格遵守酒店規章制度,認同奢華酒店服務理念,注重細節與品質,責任心與執行力強。
