Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Hotel Owner, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and management of the hotel. You will ensure the efficient running of the division in strict accordance with the owner’s strategies and SLH brand standards. Your core responsibility is to align the objectives of all stakeholders, drive exceptional service quality, and ensure the long-term profitability and sustainable success of the property.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the hotel. Guarantee that all departments adhere to the brand’s global standards and the hotel’s specific operational requirements; monitor daily performance to maintain high service quality.
確保酒店各運營板塊順暢高效運行。監督各部門嚴格遵守品牌全球標準及酒店專項運營要求,監控日常績效,維持高標準服務品質。
Lead, train and evaluate the senior management team. Provide guidance, motivation and support to department heads; foster a cohesive and high-performing team culture that aligns with the hotel’s values.
領導、培訓并評估高級管理團隊。為各部門總監提供指導、支持與激勵,打造凝聚力強、績效卓越的團隊文化,契合酒店價值觀。
Act as the key liaison between the Hotel Owner, company management, and external partners. Align the objectives of the company and property owners to drive the achievement of brand positioning and overall business goals.
擔任業主、公司管理層及外部合作方的關鍵聯絡角色。協同公司與業主目標,推動品牌定位落地,達成整體經營目標。
Assist the Hotel Owner in formulating the hotel’s business plan, development strategy, and management policies. Monitor market trends, financial performance and cost control to ensure the hotel’s long-term efficient, effective and profitable operation.
協助業主制定酒店經營計劃、發展規劃及管理方針。監控市場動態、財務表現及成本控制,確保酒店長期高效、穩健且盈利經營。
Oversee guest relations and handle high-level guest complaints and critical incidents. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations, safeguarding the hotel’s brand reputation.
統籌客戶關系管理,處理高級賓客投訴及重大突發事件。通過持續超越客期待,確保持續高水平的客戶滿意度,維護酒店品牌聲譽。
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotels, with at least 3 years in a senior management role (e.g., DOSM, RM, GM).
酒店管理、工商管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷。具備 5-8 年奢華酒店逐級晉升的管理經驗,其中至少 3 年擔任高級管理職務(如駐店經理、前廳總監、總經理等)。
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multi-department operations in a luxury environment. Deep understanding of hotel operations, finance, revenue management, and brand standards. Strong expertise in cost control and financial analysis.
擁有在奢華酒店環境中成功管理多部門運營的實績。深度精通酒店運營、財務、收益管理及品牌標準。具備卓越的成本控制與財務分析能力。
Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international stakeholders, foreign staff, and guests. Mandarin is essential.
英語流利(聽說讀寫),可與外籍員工、國際賓客及利益相關方有效溝通。母語為中文。
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability, high emotional intelligence, and the resilience to manage a dynamic hotel environment. Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
