3.Report market information to the sales manager, including the market situation, competitors, customer feedback, etc.;

4.Maintain a high degree of contact with customers in the area by means of outgoing sales, telephone contact and letters;

5.Handle customer calls and letters;

6.Coordinate and arrange large-scale events and VIP reception work of clients under my jurisdiction in the hotel;

7.Familiar with the classification of their own customers, the needs of each customer and the main competitors.
