As a?Director of Food & Beverage, we?rely on you to:
作為酒店餐飲總監(jiān)，需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé)：
1.?Responsible for the administration of Food & Beverage, develop and implement all plans for Food & Beverage operation;
2. Responsible for achieving the department's operating income target and profit target;
3. Work with the Executive Chef to plan and design menus and develop Food & Beverage products for local needs;
4.Coordinate working relationship with other departments to ensure guests receive satisfactory Food & Beverage?products and good service;
5.Develop restaurant marketing strategy, urge staff to do a good job in Food & Beverage?promotion, improve Food & Beverage?sales revenue;
6.Set up the whole material management system, and strictly manage the equipment, materials and utensils of the restaurant.
1、負(fù)責(zé)餐飲部行政管理工作,制定并實(shí)施餐飲經(jīng)營的所有計(jì)劃；
2、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)現(xiàn)部門的營業(yè)收入指標(biāo)和利潤指標(biāo)；
3、與行政總廚一起籌劃和設(shè)計(jì)菜單，開發(fā)當(dāng)?shù)匦枨蟮牟惋嫯a(chǎn)品；
4、協(xié)調(diào)與其他部門的工作關(guān)系，確保賓客得到滿意的餐飲產(chǎn)品和良好的服務(wù)；
5、制定餐廳推銷策略，督促員工做好食品飲料的推銷工作，提高餐飲銷售收入；
6、建全物資管理制度，對餐廳的設(shè)備、物資、用具等嚴(yán)格管理。

We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1.?At least 2 years working experience?in international hotel?in the same position;
2. Master the basic theory of catering management, familiar with cooking, drinks, cost accounting, budget control, market research, price and other professional knowledge and catering service reception etiquette;
3. Have the ability to direct, control and organize the implementation of the work of the department, complete the budget management objectives and cost accounting economic analysis;
4. Good team leadership, collaborative spirit, organization and planning ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of management staff at all levels of the Food & Beverage department.
1、至少2年以上國際五星級酒店同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、掌握餐飲管理基本理論，熟悉烹飪、酒水、成本核算、預(yù)算控制、市場調(diào)研，制訂價(jià)格等專業(yè)知識和餐飲服務(wù)接待禮儀；
3、有指揮控制和組織實(shí)施本部門工作、全面完成預(yù)算管理目標(biāo)和成本核算經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的能力；
4、具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、協(xié)作精神、組織及策劃能力；善于調(diào)動餐飲部各級管理人員的積極性。
