主要職責：
1.檢查所有客房，重要客人的房間以及重要客人的到達以及長住客人的房間衛生。
2.采用正確的方式處理客人的要求和投訴。
3.觀察樓層布草的存儲的安全情況以避免短缺和丟失。
4.報告并上交任何客人的丟失物品。
5.執行行政管家所分配的其他任務。
6.與前臺聯系以保證房態的準確。
7.與本部門及其他部門的同事保持良好的工作關系。
8.時刻提供禮貌和專業的服務。
任職要求:
1.有1年以上客房管理工作經驗，熟悉客房服務流程、標準，會使用電腦系統。2.有一定的服務技巧和應變能力。
3.工作主動、熱情、認真、有責任心。
4.身體健康，儀表端莊。
