崗位職責
1. 根據市場銷售部經理的指示和部門銷售預算，制定具體的銷售策略與計劃，并認真加以實施。
2. 協助部門經理進行市場分析與預測，根據不同客源市場制訂不同的銷售方針與政策，并加以落實。
3. 自身掌握一定數量的客戶，并有能力開拓新市場、開發新客戶；負責對潛在客戶進行促銷訪問，與老客戶保持良好關系，完成部門下達的經營預算指標。
4. 經授權代表酒店與客戶簽訂各類合同或協議，并與其他部門溝通協作，保證合同的順利實施。
5. 負責處理商務市場客戶的電話、傳真、信函、郵件等。
6. 負責酒店內各種優惠卡或各項產品的銷售工作。
7. 處理長包房、商務散客、會議客人等銷售中的日常事務性工作。
8. 完成部門經理布置的其他工作。任職資格
1. 大專及以上學歷，學習營銷專業或經過營銷專業培訓，5年以上銷售工作經驗，3年以上四、五星級酒店銷售經理崗位工作經驗。有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗者優先考慮。
2. 責任心強，有較強的敬業精神，具有出色的溝通能力和協調能力。
3. 熱愛酒店服務行業，有積極的工作進取心及良好的團隊協作意識。
4. 思維清晰，表達、溝通、理解能力強，勇于接受挑戰，擅于開拓市場，有良好的銷售技巧和銷售經驗，能夠承受一定的銷售壓力。
5. 熟練使用辦公自動化軟件及網絡。
