崗位職責：
1、在整個工作過程中，始終保持高度的客戶服務意識。
2、確保餐廳政策和程序與品牌標準相符并得到貫徹和執行。
3、根據員工需求制定和實施相關培訓計劃并對他們的學習情況做出評估。
4、和廚房保持及時有效溝通。
5、嚴格執行員工儀容儀表規范。
6、問候客人，解決客人提出的各種意見及問題，隨時保持銷售意識以增加收入。
7、保持并不斷拓展與客人的良好關系。
8、能在餐飲經理不在時執行經理職責。
9、豐富的食品飲料服務知識。
10、有靈巧的處理對客關系的技巧。
崗位要求：
1、兩年以上同崗位工作經驗。
2、精通中餐的業務知識，熟練掌握中餐的技能技巧。
3、具有較強的社會活動能力、組織領導工作能力和實際工作能力。
