4.制訂服務(wù)領(lǐng)班，侍酒員崗位描述，界定其工作范圍。
5.巡視、監(jiān)督、檢查報西餐廳經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。所屬員工的各項工作。
6.定期聽取員工的述職，并對其做出工作評定。
7.根據(jù)工作需要調(diào)配服務(wù)領(lǐng)班和侍酒員工作崗位，報西餐廳經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。
8.掌握西餐廳工作情況和有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。
9.搞好客人關(guān)系，處理顧客投訴。
10.填寫服務(wù)領(lǐng)班和員工過失單和獎勵單，按程序執(zhí)行獎懲。
11.定期向西餐廳經(jīng)理述職，及時解決下級工作爭議。
12.關(guān)心所屬員工的思想、工作和生活。
【崗位要求】
高中及以上學(xué)歷
1-2年以上酒店領(lǐng)班主管職位的工作經(jīng)驗。
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能、培訓(xùn)技巧、組織能力。
性格開朗外向、積極的工作態(tài)度。
