崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.Assist the front desk manager to do the daily reception work, preside over the overall work of the front desk shift, and create a good working atmosphere.
1.協(xié)助前臺(tái)部經(jīng)理做好日常接待工作,主持前臺(tái)班次全面工作,創(chuàng)造良好的工作氛圍。
2.Participate in regular meetings to keep abreast of employees’ thoughts and trends and report to the department manager to check and supervise the appearance, organizational discipline, courtesy language and work efficiency of the employees in the department.
2.參加例會(huì),及時(shí)了解員工的思想動(dòng)態(tài)并報(bào)部門經(jīng)理,檢查督導(dǎo)本部門員工的儀表儀容、組織紀(jì)律、禮貌用語及工作效率。
3.Responsible for arranging the work of employees, managing and deploying various consumables used by the department, strictly controlling costs, and timely conveying instructions from superiors.
3.負(fù)責(zé)安排員工的工作,管理、調(diào)配本部門使用的各項(xiàng)消耗品,嚴(yán)格控制成本,及時(shí)傳達(dá)上級的指示。
4.Grasp the reservation status and customer information of the day, and maximize the sale of real-time rooms based on the list of guests who arrive and depart on the same day.
4.掌握預(yù)訂情況和當(dāng)天客情,根據(jù)當(dāng)天到達(dá)及離店的房客名單,最大限度地銷售即時(shí)客房。
5.The inspection is responsible for the safety and fire protection of the department, and is responsible for arranging the reception of key guests and the implementation and inspection of important messages.
5.檢查負(fù)責(zé)本部門的安全、消防工作,負(fù)責(zé)安排重點(diǎn)賓客的接待工作和重要留言的落實(shí)、檢查。

7.Participate in the reception work of the front office, effectively resolve guest complaints and related issues of the department, and do a good job of coordination and contact with related departments.
7.參與前廳接待工作,有效地解決客人投訴和本部門的有關(guān)問題,搞好與有關(guān)部門的協(xié)調(diào)及聯(lián)系。
8.Develop and organize the implementation of training plans, correctly evaluate the work of employees, and keep a good work diary.
8.制定并組織實(shí)施培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,正確地評估員工工作,做好工作日記。
9.Responsible for the assessment of department employees.
