崗位職責/職位描述
·?Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas
熟悉酒店所有公共區域。
·?Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
確保及時完成日常保潔工作。
·?Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
有效地處理應急事件。
·?Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
與客房部領班溝通關于化學清潔用品使用的事宜，匯報發現的問題并提出相應的整改建議。
·?Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings
參與客房部部門會議。
·?Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs
掌握酒店各類特殊活動信息以便發現并滿足客人需求。
·?Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
熟悉酒店情況，向客人提供相關信息。
·?Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests
樂于幫助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到達酒店內的指定地點。
·?Complete tasks as directed by Management
完成管理層交辦的工作。
·?Refer major complaints to management
向上級領導匯報客人的重大投訴。
