·????????Develops a hotel succession plan

制定酒店接班人計劃。

·????????Designs HR forms, documents and processes

·????????Develops staffing policies in line with IHGguidelines

·????????Conducts training for manages in HR specialty areas(recruitment; effective roster costing; appraisals, etc )
