崗位職責/職位描述
? Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
進行交接班簡報確保了解酒店的活動和運營要求。
? Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes.
跟進菜肴的制作、烹飪、上餐和存儲工作。
? Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
與賓客和員工禮貌、友好的交流 。
? Assists the Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
協(xié)助廚師長管理廚房的正常運作,保證食品的高質量 。
? Supports the Chef in the overall smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
在廚房運作方面支持廚師長工作,保證提供高效率的服務。
? Continuous organization of maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene according to procedures as well the established FSMS standards.
依照食品安全程序制定的衛(wèi)生標準保持清潔和衛(wèi)生。
? Corrects usage of all equipment, tools and machines.
正確操作所有的設備、器具和機器。
? Can be asked to work for off-site events.
按要求進行外賣工作。
? Can be utilised during inventories.
按要求進行盤存工作。
? Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.

? Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
