職位：Butcher 1/2 CDP 肉房主管
崗位職責/職位描述
1、Attend andconduct departmental, and Interdepartmental meetings
準時出席各種會議。
2、Conduct daily premeal meeting with Dinning Room associates to keep them informed of updates, newdirections, policies and procedures and daily menu items
參加本部門組織召開的餐前會議，學習傳達信息。
3、DevelopCommunication/ Administration Systems and Procedure
建立溝通/管理系統和程序。
4、Develop,implement and monitor hotel communication systems and procedures
建立，實施和監督酒店溝通系統和程序。
5、Developappropriate administrative policies and procedures in accordance with hotelgoals and guidelines
配合酒店目標和方針建立合適的管理政策和程序。
6、Manage WorkingRelationships
管理工作關系。
7、Prepare andconduct meeting and group presentations to keep staff/ management/ otherparties informed of hotel operations and other relevant issues
準備和主持會議或小組展示向員工/管理者/其它組織通告酒店運作和其它方面的情況。
8、Plan team systemsand structures
安排工作小組的體系和結構
9、Set team goals inconsultation with team members according to hotel/ department goals, policiesand practices
根據酒店/部門目標、政策和實際情況與工作小組成員一起制定小組目標。
10、Manage crosscultural communication
管理跨文化交流。
11、Maintain andImplement Effective Interpersonal Skills
維持和實施有效的人際交流技巧。
12、Maintain personalpresentation to hotel and Wanda Sofitel standards
