·?Workingunder the supervision of the DOSM, and helping him to keep the smoothness of S&M Dept. Taking part in discussion and making decision onsales plan. Drawing up the sales guideline and proving information on marketingcompetition.
在市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)的監(jiān)督下工作,協(xié)助其保持銷售部工作的順利進(jìn)行;參與討論并制定市場(chǎng)銷售計(jì)劃,擬定銷售方針和策略,提供市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息。
Administration 管理職責(zé):
·??Administeringeach assigned task by DOSM, help strength internal management. Evaluating and inspecting the performance of SE/SM/SSM regularly.
執(zhí)行由市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)分配的各項(xiàng)任務(wù),并協(xié)助其加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理,定期評(píng)估和考察銷售代表/經(jīng)理/高級(jí)經(jīng)理的銷售業(yè)績(jī)。
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities 財(cái)務(wù)和收益責(zé)任:
l?? Complete roomsales target.
完成部門銷售指標(biāo)。
l?? Responsible fordepartment management of fixed assets; low-value consumables and operationequipment.
負(fù)責(zé)部門固定資產(chǎn)、低值易耗品及運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)備的管理。
Training and Human Resources 培訓(xùn)和人事責(zé)任:
·?Arrangethe work of new staff.
安排新員工的工作。
·?Makingthe training plan for staff, and implement thoroughly.
制定員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,并貫徹實(shí)施。
Guest Service Responsibilities 對(duì)客服務(wù)責(zé)任:
·?At all times to promote a positive image of thehotel in all forms of contact.
所有的對(duì)外接觸,銷售總監(jiān)要時(shí)刻展現(xiàn)酒店良好形象。
·?To develop & foster close and positive rapportwith the public, guests, clients and members of the date.
要與大眾、賓客以及會(huì)員發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)一種緊密和良好的關(guān)系。
·?The Director of Sales maintains and ensuresclose relationship with his/her accounts / clients.
銷售總監(jiān)要與他/她的客戶群維護(hù)和確保一種緊密合作關(guān)系。
Technical Responsibilities 技術(shù)責(zé)任:
·??Masteringthe market trend, know well about the operate strategy of hotel and knowledge ofcustomers’ need. Know the competitive measures, price level, client’s situationof hotel, good at bring out effective measures to meet emergency.
掌握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),熟悉酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)策略和顧客需求知識(shí)。了解各酒店競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段、價(jià)格水平、客戶狀況,善于提出應(yīng)變措施。
·?Possessingthe ability of judging interpersonal communication, adapt to changes,negotiation, English conversation and write skill.
具有一定的判斷能力、人際交往能力、應(yīng)變能力、談判能力、英語(yǔ)會(huì)話和寫作能力
·?Possessingthe ability of organizing and meeting emergency, arrange operation tasks ofstaff in own Dept. rationally, assort with the related departments.
具有一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,能合理地安排本部門人員的業(yè)務(wù)工作,能協(xié)調(diào)各有關(guān)部門之間的關(guān)系。
· Havea strong decision ability, can according to the existing information and data,do analysis, make strategy. Set and adjust the product price.
決策能力較強(qiáng),能根據(jù)掌握的信息和數(shù)據(jù),果斷地作出分析、制定策略、制定和調(diào)整產(chǎn)品價(jià)格。
· Have more than ten years workexperiences and five years experiences of S&M Dept. in hotel.
具有十年以上酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和五年以上酒店市場(chǎng)銷售部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
