·????AIn the absence of aManager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operationalrequirements are known

·????Endeavour to resolve allcomplaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further followup
在自己當班期間盡可能解決所有的投訴,并在工作日志中記錄所有投訴以便進一步跟進的工作。
·????Oversee the Implementationof standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
