崗位職責/職位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要職責：
-Complete work orders dispatched by assigned by departmental management
完成下發的工作單或由部門管理層委派的工作。
-Make record of the information of all materials including quality and consumable
負責記錄維修中所用的耗材、用量等相關信息。
-Make duty logbook of every shift
做好值班運行記錄。
-Assistant duty engineer to record daily utility consumption
協助值班工程師做好每日能源消耗報表。
-Deal with emergency problems and reports to Duty Engineer immediately
值班中發現問題需做應急處理并立刻通知值班工程師
-Duty shift will vary among day shift, afternoon shift or night shift as per operational needs. Overtime is also sometimes required based on operation
根據工作需要，班次可能會做出相應變化，如白班、下午班、夜班；根據工作需要有時候要加班。
-Execute to the regulation of shift
嚴格執行交接班制度
-Take part in all technical trainings
參加各項技術培訓
-Attend daily meeting
參加工程部每日工作交流會議
-Assist teamwork or other section for necessary works e.g., PRP. Complete other tasks that assigned by departmental management
對團隊或其他專業組別進行必要的協助例如住宅保養工作等。完成由部門管理者安排的其他任務

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任職要求：
Education 教育水平：
-High school education or equivalent experience. Certificate of relevant project type
高中或以上學歷。相關工程類型證書。
Experience 工作經驗：
-Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position in 5-star international hotel or residence.
2~5年于國際五星級酒店或公寓同等職位工作經驗。
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力：
- Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.
具備基本電腦操作知識。
-Be basic in reading, speaking, and writing English.
具備基本英語聽說讀寫能力。
-Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
