確保在公寓系統里的每個預訂都輸入完整并且正確的數據。
Maintains?cashier?float?and?ensures?accurate?daily?report?of?all?money?received.
Attends?to?guest’s?complaints,?inquiries?and?requests,?referees?problems?to?Supervisor/Duty?Manger?if?he/she?is?unable?to?assist?and?inform?after?the?fact?if?needed.
關注客人的投訴，問詢及要求，在主管或值班經理無法提供協助的情況下做出正確的判斷。
