Job description
1.創造，執行酒店促銷材料，周邊產品，主題裝飾和其他基于分配任務規范的項目的設計理念。
reation and execution of design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials, collaterals, theme decor and other items based on specifications given on assigned subject.
2.使用可用于印刷制作的照片進行各類設計，熟練運用臺式印刷系統。
Converts designs into camera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) – manually or using desktop publishing system.
3.設計和生產標志，宴會海報，橫幅，背景板和裝飾。
Design and production of signage, banquet posters, banners, backdrops, décor.
4.確保所有酒店的設計作品如酒店品牌，顏色，規范和HI保持一致。
Ensures that HI identity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand, color, specifications).
5.確保工作時間安排合理，在截止日期前完成工作。
Ensures jobs are scheduled properly and time management is exercised for art section to meet set deadlines for design and art works.
6.創建設計，攝影，書籍，參考資料，標準色的資料庫以方便參考。
Organizes creative library (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials, color guides) for easy reference.
7.確保臺式印刷系統的正常運行和保養。
Ensures that Desktop Publishing System is regularly serviced and maintained.
8.策劃美術用品的采購、紙張的存貨情況及監督紙張的使用。
Plans out purchase of art supplies, paper stock and monitors proper usage.
