Job description
1.協(xié)助與酒店銷售總監(jiān)制定酒店年度市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃表（包括合同公司的帳戶）
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts).
2.記錄以前、現(xiàn)在以及有潛力的客戶和每個(gè)客戶的客戶檔案。
Keeps a? record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
3.對(duì)預(yù)先制定的計(jì)劃進(jìn)行所需的拜訪
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
4.預(yù)備好每個(gè)月假設(shè)的工作表來記錄下所有的銷售情況和上月銷售有關(guān)的活動(dòng)。
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
5.在一周結(jié)束時(shí)呈現(xiàn)銷售部經(jīng)理一周內(nèi)出席情況的報(bào)表
Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Sales manager on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.
6.記錄所有客戶賬戶的統(tǒng)計(jì)信息。
Records the statistics of his/her accounts.
崗位要求：
Job requirments
1.大學(xué)專科，良好的中英文讀寫能力。
University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
2.具有至少三年在國(guó)際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
3.具有良好的溝通技巧。
