崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
1. 健全各種問訊資料。
? ? Improve all kinds of inquiry materials.
2. 掌握客房預訂情況,向部門經理報告重要團體和客人的訂房情況,檢查VIP通知單的發送情況,負責VIP接待工作的落實。
? ? Grasp the room reservation status, report the reservation status of important groups and guests to the department manager, check the delivery of VIP notification, responsible for the implementation of VIP reception work.
3. 處理前臺工作中的差錯,處理賓客有關投訴。
? ? Handle errors in front desk work, handle guest complaints.
4. 負責前臺財產、設備的使用管理和保養工作,及各類資料的收集、存檔及管理工作。
? ? Responsible for the use management and maintenance of the property and equipment of the main desk, as well as the collection, archiving and management of various materials.
5. 檢查每日的報表是否有誤,并及時糾正。
? ? Check daily reports for errors and correct them in time.
6. 建立體質良好的賓客關系,努力增加客房銷售。

【崗位要求】
1. 大專以上學歷,有同崗位工作經驗2年以上。
? ? College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position.
2. 有良好的團隊領導精神及執行力。工作認真負責,作風正派。

3. 熟練掌握前廳部工作的各個環節和程序。

5. 掌握酒店管理基礎知識,善于同賓客交往、溝通,處理周到、果斷,能處理各種投訴。
