? 負責處理酒店在當地的社交餐飲機會。負責完成并超過酒店餐飲銷售收入目標。
? 根據當地社會餐飲業務的數量，對酒店內的餐飲銷售人員進行日常監督。
? 簽訂和關閉當地餐飲和社會業務，并確保業務妥善和及時地移交，以提供優質的服務。
? 通過積極銷售每個商業機會來實現餐飲收入目標，增加收入收益。
? 在銷售過程的各個方面執行品牌的服務策略和適用的品牌舉措，并通過在每個客戶體驗中提供卓越的服務來提高客戶忠誠度。
??Responsible for handling local social catering opportunities for the property. ? Responsible for achieving and exceeding the hotel catering sales revenue goals.
? Provides day-to-day supervision to Catering Sales associates that are on-property, dependent on the volume of local social catering business.?
? Contracts and closes local catering and social business, and ensures that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery.?
? Achieves catering revenue goals by actively up selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
