崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- 與廚師長(zhǎng)和管事部溝通服務(wù)需求。確保宴會(huì)廳、餐廳和咖啡間的服務(wù)準(zhǔn)備就緒。
- 確保每張餐桌上都擺放了合適的餐桌中央裝飾品。使用前檢查所有瓷器、玻璃和銀器的清潔和外觀。
- 根據(jù)事件類型和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)置表。
- 向廚房傳達(dá)額外的用餐要求、過(guò)敏、飲食需求和特殊要求。保持工作區(qū)域的清潔。
- 遵守公司所有安全和保安政策和程序;向經(jīng)理報(bào)告事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件;并完成安全培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證。
- 確保制服和個(gè)人形象的整潔和專業(yè),保持私有信息的機(jī)密性,保護(hù)公司資產(chǎn)。
- 根據(jù)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)歡迎并接待所有客人。
- 用清晰、專業(yè)的語(yǔ)言與人交談,用適當(dāng)?shù)亩Y儀接聽(tīng)電話。

- Communicate service needs to chefs and stewardsthroughout functions.
- Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaksare ready for service.
- Ensure proper centerpieces are displayed on everytable. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverprior to use.
- Set tables according to type of event and servicestandards.
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies,dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness ofwork areas throughout the day.
- Follow all company and safety and security policiesand procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protectcompany assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards.
- Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationshipswith others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations andstandards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
