崗位職責/職位描述
- 確保員工作為一個團隊一起工作,以確保優質的服務,并滿足客人的需求。
- 檢查員工的儀容整潔,糾正任何不足之處。
- 完成開檔和關檔的職責,包括設置必要的用品和工具,清潔所有設備和區域,鎖門等。
- 檢查存儲區域的組織,使用先進先出和清潔。完成預定的庫存和庫存,并申請必要的物資。
- 監督餐廳的座位,服務,安全和客人的健康。
- 協助管理層培訓、排班、評估、咨詢、紀律處分、激勵和指導員。。
- 遵守公司所有安全和安保政策和程序;向經理報告事故、傷害和不安全的工作條件;并完成安全培訓和認證。
- 確保制服和個人形象整潔和專業,維護專有信息的機密性,保護公司資產。
- 根據公司標準歡迎并感謝所有客人,預測并滿足客人的服務需求,真誠地感謝客人。
- 用清晰專業的語言與他人交流。與他人建立并保持積極的工作關系,支持團隊達成共同目標,傾聽并適當回應其他員工的擔憂。

- Ensure staff is workingtogether as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.?
- Inspect grooming andattire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
- Complete opening andclosing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning allequipment and areas, locking doors, etc.?
- Inspect storage areasfor organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduledinventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining roomsfor seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Assist management in training,scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees;and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of FairTreatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Follow all company andsafety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training andcertifications.
- Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledgeall guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’service needs and thank guests with genuine appreciation.?
- Speak with others usingclear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive workingrelationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen andrespond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, andimplement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity,quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Perform other reasonable job duties as requestedby Supervisors.
