崗位職責/職位描述
- 能使預訂部員工維持麗思卡爾頓酒店的標準,政策和程序
- 能夠對所有來電者提供清晰和舒適的電話溝通。
- 能按工作的優先順序給預訂部員工委派工作。
- 能領導預訂部員工的工作表現,在必要時跟進
- 能激勵員工和維持一個有凝聚力的團隊
- 能確定員工的培訓需求,并提供相關培訓
- 能在壓力下工作,監督和協調預訂部與其他部門工作
- 能保護內部和外部客人的機密,保護酒店信息安全
- 作為一個團隊的一部分與其他部門緊密合作,必要時提供橫向服務
- 從預訂部的立場,每日與營運管理總監有效地溝通工作
- 之前的客戶關系培訓
- 能將預定信息輸入到Marsha和Opera的系統
- Abilityto maintain The Ritz-Carlton standards, policies and procedures withReservations Staffs.
- Abilityto provide clear and pleasant telephone communication to all callers.
- Abilityto prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work to ReservationsStaffs.
- Abilityto direct performance of Reservations Staffs and follow-up with progressivediscipline when needed.
- Abilityto motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team.
- Abilityto ascertain Reservations Staff training needs and provide such training.
- Abilityto work well under pressure in monitoring all reservations and in coordinatingall department functions.
- Abilityto maintain direction and confidentiality of all guests (internal andexternal), as well as pertinent hotel information.
- Abilityto work cohesively with other departments as part of a team, offering lateralservice whenever necessary.
- Abilityto communicate effectively with the Director of Revenue Management as to thestanding of the Reservations Department on a daily basis.
- Previousguest relations training.
- Abilityto input the information of reservation in the Marsha and Opera systems.
