Areasof responsibility include Restaurant. Supervises daily restaurant operationsand assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assistsservers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continuallyimprove guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas ofresponsibility. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implementsplan.
