崗位職責/職位描述
DUITES
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, handling inquiries, managing negotiation process
- Take responsibility in managing all local and international events
- Supervise and motivate the team to meet service and revenue goals
- Work closely with all hotel staff to ensure every guest receives high- quality service
REQUIREMENTS
- Has relevant event sales and events management experience in a similar capacity previously
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a can-do attitude
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Understands the global markets and local environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
