崗位職責(zé)
1.全面負(fù)責(zé)溫泉區(qū)域整體運(yùn)營(yíng)管理，包括日常接待、服務(wù)流程、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序、水質(zhì)管控、設(shè)備運(yùn)行、安全保障等。
2.制定并完善溫泉部各項(xiàng)管理制度、服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、操作流程（SOP），并監(jiān)督落地執(zhí)行。
3.負(fù)責(zé)溫泉團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)，包括人員招聘、培訓(xùn)、排班等具體工作。
4.管控溫泉區(qū)域成本費(fèi)用，包括能耗、物資、人力、易耗品等。
5.負(fù)責(zé)溫泉水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)、循環(huán)過(guò)濾、加溫消毒、藥劑投放等專(zhuān)業(yè)管理，確保符合衛(wèi)生防疫及文旅部門(mén)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6.統(tǒng)籌溫泉設(shè)施設(shè)備日常巡檢、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、報(bào)修跟進(jìn)，保障各運(yùn)營(yíng)區(qū)域正常運(yùn)行。
7.負(fù)責(zé)賓客服務(wù)與投訴處理，提升滿意度與口碑，處理重大客訴及突發(fā)事件（滑倒、溺水、中暑、突發(fā)疾病等）。
8.配合營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部門(mén)制定溫泉套餐、節(jié)假日活動(dòng)、主題泡浴等產(chǎn)品，參與定價(jià)及推廣執(zhí)行。
9.嚴(yán)格落實(shí)消防安全、溺水防控、防滑防摔、用電用氣安全等應(yīng)急預(yù)案與演練。
10.完成上級(jí)交辦的其他運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作。
崗位要求
1. 年齡30-45歲，中/大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，旅游管理、酒店管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先，身體健康，能適應(yīng)輪班及旺季高強(qiáng)度工作；
2. 3年以上中高端溫泉度假酒店/溫泉綜合體同崗位管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉溫泉全流程運(yùn)營(yíng)；
3. 精通溫泉水質(zhì)處理、設(shè)備運(yùn)維及衛(wèi)生規(guī)范，持有健康證、救生證者優(yōu)先，具備較強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管控及應(yīng)急處理能力；
4. 具備優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、成本控制、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、抗壓性強(qiáng)；
5. 熟練使用辦公軟件，具備基礎(chǔ)報(bào)表制作與數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，認(rèn)同酒店企業(yè)文化。
