客房銷售崗位職責(zé)：
1.做好與商務(wù)團(tuán)體、旅行團(tuán)體等進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)洽談，積極推銷酒店客房，開拓客源，在滿足酒店最高利益的前提下，簽訂銷售合同，并確保銷售計(jì)劃的完成。
2.處理主要客戶訂房的函電，接待他們的來訪，與他們保持和發(fā)展良好的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。
3.與所有部門搞好溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作，檢查落實(shí)合同執(zhí)行情況以及重要訂房、入住安排，確保實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售時(shí)的承諾。
4.建立各種業(yè)務(wù)會(huì)談的檔案。詳細(xì)建立入住常客的個(gè)人檔案。
5.維護(hù)酒店的利益，嚴(yán)格遵守酒店的銷售和動(dòng)作規(guī)程。
6.進(jìn)行銷售拜訪，經(jīng)常對(duì)商務(wù)公司、旅行社和政府客戶進(jìn)行個(gè)人拜訪，建立良好的合作關(guān)系和將來業(yè)務(wù)的聯(lián)系。
7.禮貌問候酒店的住店消費(fèi)貴賓，了解是否滿意酒店的服務(wù)，是否有需要協(xié)助解決。
8.入住通知單上每項(xiàng)工作要根據(jù)與客戶簽訂的協(xié)議執(zhí)行，并注意店內(nèi)安排合理性和正確性。
9.了解本地及外埠企業(yè)市場(chǎng)情況，與有訂房潛力公司保持經(jīng)常性聯(lián)系，掌握銷售機(jī)會(huì)，并跟跟進(jìn)好所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域客戶。
崗位要求：
1、有國(guó)際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2、具有良好的人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧。
3、能在強(qiáng)壓下勝任工作。
4、了解本地客戶的情況并具有很強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析能力。
5、擁有一定的客戶資源。
