Main Responsibilities

1.Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
擬制輪班簡報,確保員工都清楚酒店活動活動及操作要求。
2.Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift including:
在安排的輪班期間,監督前臺工作,其中包括:
a) Maintenance of guest information了解客人信息。
b) Maintenance of information about local events了解本地信息。
c)Compile occupancy statistics編輯客房占有率統計。
d)Supervise the use of the public address system監督公共地址系統的使用。
e)Supervise group bookings管理團隊預定。
f)Assisting with serious complaints協助處理投訴。?
3.Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:
在輪班期間監督現金收入,其中包括:
a)Cash handling and banking procedure處理現金收入及信用卡程序
b)Dealing with irregular payments處理不尋常付款
c)Instructing staff in credit policies and facilities培訓員工信貸政策及處理程序
d)Instructing staff in cash security procedures培訓員工對現金安全的程序
e)Carry out debtor control執行債務控制
f)Prepare reports準備報告
g)Supervise the cashiering system監督收銀系統。
4.In conjunction with the EDP manager to ensure the hotel system is maintained in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
與電腦部主管協作,確保酒店系統的正常運行。
5.To closely investigate any accounting discrepancies that may occur during the night audit function.
調查在夜間審記時有可能出現的賬目差異。
6.To ensure that all refused business is recorded and reported to Reception Manager.
確保對所有被拒絕的業務作出記錄,并上報給前臺經理
