崗位職責/職位描述

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

1.Inventory control and management: Maintain constant control over the hotel room inventory and how it is sold via each channel. Manage overbooking and inventory control to drive maximum revenue.

3.Systems: key user for revenue management system and PMS. Monitor all reservations/RM systems to ensure standards are in place. Maintain standards in CRS platform(SynXis) and ensure full functionality of all interfaces at all times. Resolve issues as they come up with assistance from the appropriate teams.

4.Central reservation System and Global Distribution Systems: maintain a strong understanding and control of all central reservation systems. Monitor channels to ensure the hotel maximizes their returns through these systems. Work closely with the property Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management. Maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and align with LHI Best Available Rate (BAR) pricing philosophy. Conduct property based audit for compliance on systems set up. Work with Sales Department for the RFP process in Lanyon. Assess Central Reservation Systems for possible changes, as required.

5.Training and Development: Monitor and report on the Mystery Caller program. Create training programs where required to improve scores and the guest experience.  Work to create and implement and Up Selling program. Help monitor compliance with 1865 and Frequent Flyer programs.

6.Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist the Director of Revenue management as requested in both processes. Prepare forecast reports and daily pick up reports in the absence of Director of Revenue Management.

7.Market Mix: Action hotel S&M strategies accurately through all channels to support the property to achieve optimal market mix to maximize revenues and profitability.

8.Miscellaneous Items: Assist Director of Revenue Management and/or Director of Sales & Marketing when required.
